Alto is seeking a full-time age group coach. We are looking for a highly motivated coach that is passionate about swimming and teaching. The position includes approximately 25 hours of on deck coaching each week, 1-2 weekend meets per month, and travel meets throughout the year, with additional group and team administrative responsibilities.
