Wilmington College (Ohio) – Swimming Intern

Job Description:

Location: 1870 Quaker Way, Wilmington, OH, USA

This is an ideal situation for a recent college graduate who wants to get into college coaching.

Each intern will be provided with a stipend and room and board.

Wilmington College (Ohio) is seeking a swimming  intern. The position is a two-year internship.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the recruiting of prospective student-athletes. They will also be highly motivated, demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team, have strong organizational and time management skills, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work directly with the head coach(es) of their respective sport, as well as the office of admissions.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Previous coaching and recruiting experience is preferred.
