Crimson Aquatics’ Andover branch is currently hiring for a part-time Assistant Coach position for the upcoming ‘26-’27 season. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in delivering workouts and instruction at practices and competitions in line with the mission and vision of Crimson. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in competitive swimming, either through their own competitive swimming career, or through prior coaching experience.
This position requires punctuality. Families and their children depend on your attendance at these practices and competition. It also requires your ability to stand on deck for sometimes several hours at a time. Availability on weekends is preferred. Pay is negotiable and competitive depending on experience.
