Do you love swimming, coaching, and helping young athletes build confidence in and out of the water? The Summit Area YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Swim Coach to join the SAY Seals coaching team.
This position’s primary focus is coaching our 10 & Under swimmers, helping athletes develop strong fundamentals, improve technique, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of competitive swimming. As part of the SAY Seals coaching team, you’ll also work collaboratively with coaches across all age groups to create a positive, challenging, and supportive team environment.
Whether you’re leading practices, cheering swimmers on at meets, or celebrating personal bests, you’ll play an important role in helping young athletes grow both as swimmers and as individuals.
