The Senior Lead Coach position is an important role in the makeup of the club as a whole and it focuses on the development and mentoring of the Senior swimmers between the ages of 14 and 18 (mainly HS swimmers). This position maximizes the skilled tasks of an experienced swimming coach, instructor, and administrator.  The combination of skill sets is respectively integral to the operational success of Pikes Peak Athletics.  Work on the administrative side includes operational tasks related to scheduling and staff supervision.  One of the highest impact tasks in this role is working with other coaches.  Equally vital is pupil placement into lessons, Base Camp, and within the swim team.  Impeccable customer service is required; response time to other staff and to parents is paramount.  Every detail of service is important and affects the Pikes Peak Athletics experience.  The Head Age Group Coach position directs all elements of these essential swim team groups.
