The primary purpose of the Assistant Head Coach is to oversee the training activities of the swimmers in the team age group program in accordance with the team mission and vision. The responsibilities below represent the key functions for the position, but are not representative of all responsibilities. ASSISTANT COACH FOR MENS AND WOMENS SWIMMING

The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting with the Swimming program by performing coaching duties as directed by the Head Swim Coach. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
Hutchinson Swim Club is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Coach.
