Assistant Coach at Peters Township Swim Club (PTSC-AM)
PTSC is looking for an energetic and passionate coach for their western Pennsylvania swim club. The club is growing in membership and needs a coach willing to add to our energetic team atmosphere. The position is looking for someone who can fill in the evening side of the schedule. The ideal candidate has coaching experience at the Age Group level, as well as experience following a given program and writing practices. It should be someone hoping to help elevate the competitive level of the club and build consistency with the swimmers.
The position is open in role, and looking for someone who is driven in building their coaching resume and experience. The position is a Monday through Friday position within the timeframe of 5:30pm to 8:30pm. With flexibility from time to time with the other assistant coaches.
Compensation will match experience. Looking to hopefully find a candidate looking to take on a large role and grow. The compensation can be in the range of a 30-40k salary over an August-to-August timeframe.

Dive Coach

This position reports to the Head Swimming & Diving Coach and is responsible to assist with recruiting, game planning and all aspects of the Division I Swimming & Diving program in compliance with all NCAA, America East Conference and institutional rules and regulations.
This is a part time position.
Bryant University is a NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 25 varsity sports, and is a member of the America East Conference.

- 1-3 years’ experience coaching diving at the club, high school, or collegiate level, including 3-meter coaching experience.
- Experience teaching new dives and techniques related to competitive diving.
- Experience in analyzing diving performances and identifying areas needed for improvement.
- Knowledge of current training methods of all aspects of competitive diving.
- Knowledge of and ability to safely use a trampoline and spotting rig for training and instructive purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications must be held or attained upon hire.
- Current certified pool operator certification (or ability for certification) is preferred.
