CSCAA: Wright State Cut ‘Shortsighted’, Shows ‘Lack of Understanding’

College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Executive Director Joel Shinofield called the decision “shortsighted,” emphasizing that Wright State’s financial goals as a school have been closely tied to “enrollment and retention,” an area where swimming & diving have actually helped the university.
