DART is looking for a dynamic Head Age Group coach to lead the Age Group program (14 and under) at our Solano Site. We are looking for an individual that is looking to make a long term commitment to DART as well as their coaching career. DART is a multi-site program that includes a very accomplished and experienced staff-we are looking to add the right person to this staff.
This position will start in August. There is flexibility to start earlier or later for the right candidate.
DART is a USA Swimming silver medal safe sport recognized program with three main sites (Davis, Sacramento and Solano.) The Solano site includes programs at several pools, including a 50 meter pool at Solano Community College in Fairfield.
The Head Age Group Coach responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversight of the 14 and under program-Solano site.
Development of a comprehensive dryland program in collaboration with our dryland coach (partnership with Pinnacle Fitness.)

General Duties:
Oversee the entire club program including staff members, swimmers and Learn to Swim.
Lead the recruiting process for both new members and staff.
Write all workouts for which the Head Coach is responsible for Coaching.
Conduct and maintain training sets for future comparison and communication of results/progress to swimmers and/or parents. Software is available for tracking.

Provide continuing education opportunities to swimmers, staff, and parents on all aspects of the sport of swimming including guest speakers, videos, etc.
Monitor athletes for potential injuries and rehabilitation needs and bring to parent, school and/or Boards attention when necessary.
Act as the liaison between the High School, master’s swim team, Friends of Central Pool (Forest Park Aquatic Center, and the Noblesville Swim Club, and communicate the information to the Board of Directors.
Plan and execute the annual senior trip with the assistance of the senior trip planning committee.
Encourage athlete/coaching involvement within the community (i.e. Homecoming float for parade).
Oversees team field day during the summer for team building. Looks for additional club opportunities for team building for both athletes, coaches and families.
Be the face of the club within the Noblesville and Indiana swimming communities.
Assist with fundraising duties when and where appropriate.
Administrative and Management Duties:
Responsible for the hiring, training, development and mentoring of the coaching staff.
Meet regularly with main assistant coaches.
Meet periodically with the entire coaching staff to ensure continuity of the club’s vision throughout the club.
Set pool usage schedule across all groups to cover all club members with appropriate pool and dryland time based on skill level.
Set all training schedules and ensure they are properly communicated to coaches, athletes, and parents in a timely manner.
Plan and set the season meet schedules (preferably 6 to 9 months ahead of time). In planning, please follow Noblesville Schools and Indiana/National USA Swimming calendars.
Provide professional development to other coaching staff and make recommendations to Board if/when any outside resources are needed.
Attend the monthly Board of Directors meeting.
Provide a weekly coach’s update to both the coaching staff and Board of Directors.
Provide a monthly coaches report no later than 48 hours before the scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
Be fiscally mindful of the resources of the Noblesville Swim Club.
Directly work with the Noblesville High school to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
Assist in Payroll processing by providing the information to the treasurer by the 21st of the month.
Respond to all phone, email, and any other forms of communication in a timely manner (preferably within 24 hours).
Represent club with seat on the board of Friends of Central Pool (Forest Park Aquatic Center) and seat on the Scott Brolsma Memorial Scholarship Selection Committee.
Establish and maintain relationships and open communications with swimmers and parents.
Actively assist in the marketing of the Noblesville Swim Club, including, but, not limited to direct involvement with social media platforms.
Create a positive team-oriented atmosphere where swimmers learn the values of the community through OWNERSHIP and LEADERSHIP.

We are looking for a full-time coach to join our close-knit coaching team and community. The Coach will lead our Senior Prep Group (middle school swimmers, ages 12-14) and assist with multiple other groups in our Age Group program. The coach will be involved in all aspects of team development and management. A typical week will include approximately 25 hours of on-deck coaching and 15 hours of administrative duties.

The part-time assistant coach for men’s and women’s swimming and diving is responsible for assisting the head men’s and women’s swimming and diving coach in implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III men’s and women’s swimming and diving program at DePauw University. This is a 12-month, full-time position responsible for assisting the head coach with all phases of the men’s and women’s swimming program in a manner compatible with department and University philosophies.

Preferred qualifications include: a master’s degree, collegiate, USA/YMCA club, or high school coaching experience; collegiate swimming experience, familiarity with team and meet manager software.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Masters Swim Coach to join our aquatics team. As a Masters Swim Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing swim training programs tailored to the needs and goals of adult swimmers. You will inspire, motivate, and guide individuals of varying skill levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to personal growth and achievement.
This is currently a part-time position with a schedule as follows: Practices from 5:30am – 9am, and 11:45am – 1pm (Mon – Friday), 10am-11:30am (Sat), plus any practice prep or team coordination outside of these hours. There is an ability for the role to move to full-time if the candidate is interested in additional administrative duties, outside of the Master’s Team.

Our club is a USMS year-round team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages (18 yrs+) and abilities. We have a competitive group, from former Olympians and D1 Collegiate swimmers to triathletes and dedicated fitness swimmers. Our “slow” lanes do 100y repeats on a 2:00 send-off. Workouts are always challenging, but we make it fun by accepting that challenge and supporting our teammates every step of the way. We have only one rule; EVERYONE TRIES TO MAKE THE WORKOUT BETTER FOR EVERYONE ELSE IN THE POOL. Practices take place at the world-famous Juanita Aquatics Center located on the campus of Juanita High School in Kirkland, WA.
