Good swimmer, but you have no business mention him here. Brag about him elsewhere!! When did he swim those times anyway? Definitely not this week, I am sure. This honor is not necessarily given to fast swimmers like Max. Read AGON’s Reminder: The Weekly Wonders column is a celebration of age-group swimming, where new champions are made every day. Kenisha Liu deserves some recognition from her results at the CA/NV sectional. Dropping from a 4:56.06 to a 4:47.77 in her 400IM as well as a 2:17.67 to a 2:15.91 in her 200IM. She also had an impressive 200fly dropping from a 2:15.60 to a 2:13.32. Assuming she’s going to Juniors, she will definitely be in contention for a title in the 50free, 100free, 200breast, 100fly, 200fly, 200IM, and 400IM (assuming she decides to swim that many events!) And of course she had many other great swims as well this past weekend, but those are definitely the highlights. Can’t wait to watch her do even greater things in the future!
