Duke junior Kaelyn Gridley captured her first ACC title this week, touching first in a tightly contested 100 breast final that saw the top 3 all dip under the 59-second mark. Gridley says that the new Duke coaching staff’s style of training has helped her be more consistent in races this season, giving her confidence heading into the 100 breast final.
