Russia Reveals Roster For 2021 Short Course World Championships

The All-Russian Swimming Federation has revealed its roster for the 2021 FINA Short Course World Championships set for Abu Dhabi next month. Big guns to the tune of Maria Kameneva, Alexander Zhigalov, Ansastisa Kirpichnikova, Kliment Kolesnikov, and Ilya Borodin are among those set to compete in UAE just weeks from now.

The nation of Russia will attempt to improve upon its 2nd place finish from the 2018 edition of the SC World Championships, where the nation reaped 14 medals in all, including 6 gold. As successful as that rendering felt, Russia’s result sat a long way from the leaders of the United States who captured 37 medals in all, including 6 gold from 3 years ago.
