I’m stunned by the overall quality of times at that meet.
Especially from the French team 3 1/2 weeks before national championships.

I begin to read these reports but all I can see is 2 helicopters flying towards a landing far too close simply for the visual effect . Then.the contact explosion & the endless slow fall to earth. All those 5 am heroic sessions & gold medals for a survivalist show no one got through the heats as it were.

Maybe it will encourage a new.swim Existentialist Movement & serve as a antidote to the passive – aggressive ” Oh I see you were eliminated in the heats ”

‘ Yes I was indeed eliminated in the heats but not terminated .I am still here .’

If this weekend was a sign of anything from Hosszu, it’s that we will see an earthshattering 400IM in Rio. This is every indication that she’s going to slash her PR by at least 2 seconds in the 400IM this summer.

Manaudou and Adrian are very close regarding times this week-end . The 200 free was faster in Orlando – very good sign for Dwyer . Maybe one of the girls can go at least 53.high like Sjostrom just did .
