As a former Nationally-ranked age group swimmer in Canada, Grace has been deeply immersed in the sport for decades. In addition to his time as a writer and a swimmer, Jeff has been a swim coach for over half of his life.

“SwimSwam has done a great job of making inroads into and covering every aspect of swimming in the United States with an unprecedented depth,” Grace said of his mission. “My goal is to build that same level and depth of content internationally as well and to help make SwimSwam not only go-to site in the U.S., but in the world as well.”

Jeff began his yoga practice 10 years ago. He was attracted to yoga for both it’s physical and psychological benefits. He has used his personal practice to both improve his performance in several sporting pursuits as well as to improve his wellness.

He has a background of over 20 years in the coaching profession, where he has used a unique and proven teaching methodology to help many achieve their athletic goals at every level.

He is very excited to be writing a regular series of articles on how swimmers can use yoga to improve their performance, “This is an exciting opportunity for myself to share how yoga can help improve swimmers performance and health,” says Grace.
