This week’s set comes from Becca Wyant, FINIS Creative Manager and Photographer, a Master’s Swimmer and former swimmer at the University of the Pacific.
This set is stroke specific – do both rounds one stroke or switch between two. The key here is to focus on your breakouts and turns.
2 Rounds:
3 x 150 (Rotating 50 fast, starting with the first one)
4 x 50s (1 Kick, 1 fast breakouts, 1 Drill, 1 fast breakouts)
