U.S. Paralympics has released the Psych Sheet for the 2016 Paralympic Trials, which begin next Thursday in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Paralympic Trials is a long course competition hosted by U.S. Paralympics to select the athletes who will represent Team USA at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. Athletes are selected for the 2016 Paralympic Games using the selection standards detailed here . This year’s Paralympic Trials will showcase fierce competition and incredible races that you won’t want to miss out on. We will be covering the entire event, but you can get a head start by looking at the Psych Sheet by clicking the link below.

USA Paralympic Trials Psych Sheet

In order to qualify for the meet, swimmers must meet qualifying standard times. There are qaulifying times for SC yards, SC meters, and LC meter races; however the meet itself will be swam in a LC meters pool. Events being swam include 50s and 100s of each stroke, the 200 M Freestyle, and 150 and 200 M IM.
