NCAP Elite Qualifier Day 3: Zoe Dixon Blasts 2:12.29 200 FL for Wave II Cut

The swim marked an improvement of 2.53 seconds, and brought Dixon from just outside the Wave I cut of 2:14.59, to under the Wave II cut of 2:12.56.
