North Carolina Venue Lost over $72,000 on ACC Swimming Relocation

The state of North Carolina lost between $450 and $630 million over anti-LGBT law HB2, including a portion from the relocation of the 2017 ACC Swimming and Diving Championships. Now, the NCAA must decide whether the law’s repeal does enough to justify holding athletic championships in the state once again.
