ANN ARBOR, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving program honored its three seniors on Saturday afternoon during the team’s annual Super Senior Day Extravaganza, Feb. 5.
The program honored senior diver Bethany Berger (Batavia, Ohio-Este Glen) and senior swimmers Riley Hofmann (Ada, Mich.-Forest Hills Central), and Ali Staver (Bettendorf, Iowa-Pleasant Valley).
“Bethany has been a great captain for our divers and she will truly be missed,” Head Diving Coach Buck Smith said. “I am so grateful to have her in the Eagle family.”
“This is our third year doing the Senior Day Extravaganzaand this year’s was really special,” Head Swimming Coach Derek Perkins said. “This is such a special and talented group of women. Our whole program would like to give a thank you to Corinne Baber, Bethany, Riley, and Ali!”
