August 19th, 2015 Industry, News, Press Releases

Colorado Time Systemsa PlayCore company, has launched an app for Android and iOS devices that allows users to view product manuals online or download and save them to their device.

This is particularly helpful in the pool environment where wi-fi service can be limited. With installation and troubleshooting tips literally at the customer’s fingertips, the app will save valuable time while working with the timing and scoring equipment on deck or scoreboards on the field. Manuals can be easily shared with others with the click of a button when working within a team.

“We are excited about this app,” said Dr. Anita Sayed, PlayCore Senior Vice President and Colorado Time Systems’ General Manager. “It will be really helpful to our technicians out in the field as well as all of our customers.”

Or, if you spin this the other way – stuff doesn’t work so often with our equipment that you need to have a product manual on hand at all times.
