No way AUS will lose 4x100m Free (Women’s and Mixed) and 4x200m Free (Women’s). I think you’re just being biased. MX Relay: Aussie men would probably have the lead as Southam (47.77) + Kyle (Split: 46.60) is 1:34.37, with US men (according to your predictions), a 1:34.70. Aussie women always put down great splits. I think Weitzeil is a big stretch, don’t think she’ll go 52.2.

W 4×100: Another stretch. Are you expecting for Walsh and Weitzeil to go about a second faster than flat start time? And trust me, Aussie women deliver on relay splits.

W 4×200: Another stretch (Maybe stop the stretches in splits? It isn’t accurate.) Titmus has fastest ever relay split in history. Weinstein and Sims’… Read more »

O’Callaghan has decided not to swim the 100m back. The final conflicts with the 200m free semis. Madi Wilson will get the individual berth.

Interesting to see Wilson swimming backstroke. I thought after 2016 Olympics that she would not swim backstroke due to the amount of rising stars. Will be exciting to see what she can put down though. Could make final, but the talent is high, so not guaranteed. However, as an Aussie, would love to see her in final.

Time to revise the W 200 IM predictions. Make sure to choose wisely:

I would put Walsh in mixed 4×100 free instead of weitzeil

Can’t wait for the 400 free , that Aussie swimmer has been talking trash ever since summer broke her world record, I hope summer puts the final nail in the coffin and leaves her completely demoralized.

Ariarne basically came out after the Australian Trials and said Summer is yet to prove herself under pressure and that her and Katie have had more experience than Summer racing with pressure. Hasn’t had that experience racing on the international stage with the big pressure etc, etc.

It’s a little gamesmanship on Ariarne’s part to most likely try and get in Summer’s head. See it in other sports all the time and frankly I have no problem with it and wish there was more of it in swimming.

Frankly I don’t think comments like that would bother Summer one bit.

The women’s medley relay will be won by the USA with a very probable world record.

I would like to bet on something unusual whose results are usually predicted backwards, but I think that:
– USA wins the 4×100 FREE🥇 with an American record (53.1 Huske, 52.7 Walsh, 52.3 Weitzel, 52.0 Douglass)

– Australia wins the 4×200 FREE🥇 with world record
(moc 1:54, pallister 1.55, wilson 1.55, titmus 1.52)

I don’t see why Huske wouldn’t be able to replicate her relay split from last year.

Douglass is gonna have the 2IM semifinal right before the 4×100 FR.. like 20 mins before. So I’d handicap expectations for her a bit.
