The Cal State East Bay women and Concordia men each collected their first-ever Pacific Collegiate Swim and Dive Conference championships on Saturday.

For the men, UC Santa Cruz held onto its lead at the top of the standings by 37 points. while Cal State East Bay pushed its lead to 32 points on the women’s side at the PCSC Championships.

On the women’s side, Cal State East Bay posted seven top-eight finishes, including three wins to surge up the standings and take a 23-point lead over Fresno Pacific. For the men, UC Santa Cruz held onto its place atop the standings with seven top-eight showings to keep a lead over Concordia and FPU.

Solie Laughlin bested the field in the 400 IM and tied the Schaal Aquatics Center record time in one of three individual wins, while Taylor Hornberger set a new program record in the 1-meter as UC Davis topped Cal State East Bay 172-110.
