The concept of this video originated from the idea that great moments have humble beginnings. Whether its swimming personal bests, securing top finishes, or creating memories with the team, the greatest moments of our swim seasons are built up from the behind-the-scene “humble beginnings” and less glorious moments of daily 6 am morning practices.
