Princeton Men Welcome Ten Into Class Of 2020

Coming off a dramatic comeback win at the 2016 Ivy League Championships, which was highlighted by a furious final-session rally past Harvard, and an All-America performance by its 200 free relay, the Princeton men’s swimming and diving team is excited to welcome a talented group of 10 into its Class of 2020.
Head coach Rob Orr and assistant Michael Joyce know that they are losing a significant chunk of that championship core with the graduation of the current seniors, but the staff believes that this incoming group brings both talent and versatility to the program.
“We are extremely excited to welcome these young men into our Princeton Swimming & Diving Family,” Joyce said. “Each of these 10 individuals will bring something different to our program and we look forward to working with them and developing them into the best possible student-athletes during their four years here at Princeton.
“Our primary focus with this class was to hit each area on the event list,” Joyce added. “We graduated a great class this past year and we believe these individuals will be able to come in and contribute at the Ivy and national level immediately. It should be exciting.”
