Additional Notes
- A Norwegian national record went down at the hands of Silje Rongevaer Slyngstadli. Racing in the women’s 100m breaststroke, Slyngstadli punched a time of 1:07.53 to clear the former benchmark of 1:07.84 Katharina Stiberg put on the books in 2009. The Bergen Swim Festival record remains at the 1:07.29 Jennie Johansson established in 2015.
- Dutch swimmer Tessa Giele contested two events to close out her campaign. The 22-year-old first topped the women’s 50m free podium, stopping the clock at a time of 25.11. She then took on the ‘off’ event of the 200m fly, posting 2:13.57 for the gold.
- Already having nailed new national records in the 100m and 200m free here, Sander Sorensen finished strong with a solid swim of 3:52.26 to take the men’s 400m free.
