Hungary’s #IronLady, Katinka Hosszu, made headlines yesterday when she announced she posed (clothed) for Playboy Magazine Hungary. The 26-year-old also appears in a “Questions with Katinka Hosszu” video on the magazine’s website, whereby she answers read-submitted questions….while fully clothed.
With the help of our Hungarian-speaking friend, Eszter Domokos, SwimSwam presents the transcript of Hosszu candidly shedding some light on her personal side.
Question 1 – “Finish the sentence – The perfect sex is…”
Hosszu – “hmmm…unforgettable!”
Question 2 – “Fear or pain?”
Hosszu – “Pain!”
Question 3 – “What’s your worst personality trait?”
Hosszu – “I am very impatient.”
Question 4 – “What musical instrument would you like to be able to play?”
Hosszu – “Flute.”
Question 5 – “Would you like to have plastic surgery?”
Hosszu – “Not at all. I already have a husband and I am very happy so I don’t think I need one.”
Question 6 – “What’s the nicest thing a woman ever told you?”
Hosszu – “They praised/complimented me.”
Question 7 – “What foreign/Hungarian celebrity would you like to be for a week and why?”
Hosszu – “Lebron James – of course – he is a great idol of mine, well if I really could not be him I would love to train with him…or I would love to see what he does in a day…”
Question 8 – “What’s your best personality trait?”
Hosszu – “I am persistent.”
Question 9 – “Tell me a film you would like to be the main character in…why?”
Hosszu – “The Iron Lady…I really liked the movie about Margaret Thatcher and I would really like to play the main character in that movie.
Funny the “Iron Lady” of swimming appreciates another Iron Lady.
She is a master at marketing herself.
I have to disagree with you on that Bobo Lebron is massive. He probably reps easily 200 + for an average work out.
It is actually: Playboy Magazine Readers’ Questions, without ‘s after magazine.
I should be “Foreign or Hungarian” – lost in translation??
So Lebron James is “Foreign/Hungarian”?
The question is: “what celebrity, foreign or Hungarian….”
And she has chosen a foreign celebrity with LeBron James.
I’d like to watch a workout at the gym with these 2 athletes. It would be spectacular. I’m sure she could decently compete with him in a weight training session! 🙂
I mean I’m sure they could do the same exercises. Just… he would use a lot more weight. Are you suggesting a ~125 lb female swimmer would be anywhere near as strong as a ~250 lb male basketball player?
Swammer:
Usually, I would agree with you, but we are talking about Hosszu here.Lebron needs to be strong, but not TOP strong.Hosszu is a TOP strong athlete.I remember a swimmer (I think it was Nathan Adrian) complaining he couldn’t do the leg work lifting the same as Lolo Jonos who is much smaller than him.
