The University of Mary Washington, an NCAA Division III institution located in historic and vibrant Fredericksburg, VA, is seeking an assistant coach. Graduate tuition remission may be possible after one year of employment. Coaching Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the head coach with practice and meet preparation and coaching, recruiting, academics, fundraising, and the off-season program.
Required Experience:
Experience at the collegiate level, club, YMCA, or high school level as a swimming coach, assistant coach, student assistant, or student athlete.
Additional Considerations:
KSAs
An expressed interest in collegiate coaching. Experience as a NCAA varsity student athlete Experience as a varsity swimmer
EDUCATION
Experience in DIII athletics as a student athlete or coach experience recruiting
