On Friday, January 3rd, 2025, in Key Largo, FL, multiple college teams will gather at the Jacobs Aquatic Center for the Annual Orange Bowl Swim Classic. This highly anticipated event marks the culmination of the Orange Bowl Winter Training, which takes place from early December through mid-January each year.
The Orange Bowl Swim Classic is a fast-paced, sprint-style meet featuring 6-8 teams from various NCAA Divisions. It’s an exciting, action-packed, 2-hour event where athletes come together to compete and showcase their hard work.
The atmosphere at the Classic is electric, with athletes gearing up for their races and fans cheering them on from the sidelines. The excitement builds as each team huddles for their pre-race cheers, creating an uplifting and high-energy environment.

The Orange Bowl Swim Classic has hosted teams from prestigious institutions, including the University of Michigan, Texas A&M, United States Air Force Academy, West Virginia University, George Mason University, LaSalle University, University of Alabama, Indiana University, Rutgers, Duke University, University of South Dakota, and many more.
