Carson Foster Finds 400 IM Rhythm with 4:13: ‘I feel like I’ve been forcing it’

2024 PRO SWIM SERIES – KNOXVILLE

World Champion Carson Foster clocked a very quick 4:13.0 400 IM in Knoxville, faster than what he went at US Open last month. Foster said his goal for the meet was to NOT force anything and find his natural rhythm, which seems to have paid off.

He hit his turns not long and gliding in. His breaststroke was more horizontal not so vertical and much better. He could even tuck his chin in more. He works plenty hard but little technical changes will
