Still Curious why H. McDaniel hasn’t competed?

I have seen multiple swimmers at low level D3 schools do this unbroken in drag suits. Not that impressive! In other news, I hear Denison is going to add the broken 100 to their midseason meet to fraudulently defeat the Emory Eagles again. So sad!!!!!

As a proud resident of Atlanta and a fellow D3 swimmer, I must confirm the addition of the broken 100 to the Denison midseason meet. Word on Adelbert is that this trend was started by none other that Douglas Milliken, the head coach at Case Western Reserve University no less! Following the shocking performance of Baldwin Wallace during the 21-22 season last year Coach Milliken has been furiously training all the swimmers in the broken 100’s of all 4 strokes and IM, resulting in the events becoming more and more widespread. Go Spartans! Menguin out.

Flip with push off momentum is quicker than drop and push off single 25. So last 2 x 25s probably a bit slower without that transfer of energy.

Appears these sprint efforts are trying to achieve a higher level race pace for each of these swimmers at a pace quicker than previously achieved. None are fully rested or have gone through their full taper process yet. Impressive set.

Braden Holloway and Todd Desorbo must have been timing!

If this swim proved anything, it’s that Dressel’s 39.9 is safe for the next half decade at least

On what rest? If it’s anything more than 15s it’s not really a broken effort IMO. Fast practice efforts for these men though, impressive. Wonder what Crooks would go. Josh – I know you read these 😉

All in a tech suit. What a travesty. How are they possibly going to swim fast at the BIG meet?

Coleman Hodges

Coleman started his journey in the water at age 1, and although he actually has no memory of that, something must have stuck. A Missouri native, he joined the Columbia Swim Club at age 9, where he is still remembered for his stylish dragon swim trunks. After giving up on …
