CHICAGO (Nov. 1, 2024) – The UIC swimming and diving team had a strong showing in its home opener, sweeping Milwaukee in front of a home crowd in the Flames Natatorium Friday evening.
COMMENT FROM HEAD COACH ASHLEY DELL

“Tonight was an absolute blast. I knew after winning the first relay, while also drooping a few seconds in it from three weeks ago that it was going to be a great meet. I am so proud of the way the entire team competed tonight and it’s amazing to see their progress from week to week. It was a total team effort from start to finish and we are excited to keep the momentum going into our final fall dual meet next Friday!”

COMMENT FROM ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH/HEAD DIVING COACH SUSAN BROMBERG

“The divers had a strong showing tonight against Milwaukee. The men went top three on both boards and three had zone cuts in both events and Harrison Nolan’s pool record performance. The women did great as well with solid lists on both boards and a 1-2 finish in the three-meter event.”
