JOB DESCRIPTION
Sailfish Aquatics based in Concord and Huntersville, NC is seeking a Head Age Group coach to join our staff. The Head Age Group coach will be responsible for setting the curriculum for the 12 and under swimmers. This coach will work with the head coach in all aspects of programming. This coach will be the lead coach for two practice groups and assisting in others as appropriate. The selected candidate will also be the head site coach for a location.
Additional high level responsibilities are:
1. Relationship management with facility’s management team
2. Meet Entries
3. Communication with parents
4. Directly other coaches in implementing curriculum

ABOUT SAILFISH AQUATICS
Sailfish Aquatics was established in 2011 with 63 swimmers. For the 2014-15 season, there are 205 youth swimmers and over 40 masters swimmers. For the 2015 season, further expansion is planned. Sailfish Aquatics’ mission is to build excellence in youth and community through competitive swimming. For the 2015 season, the team will be expanding as well. The ideal candidate would be a coach that will work with the existing staff in support of our mission.
