Rowdy Gaines Tips For New Open Water Swimmers (Video)

Open Water Planet  unveiled it’s SPRINT events as part of the 2017 TRITON Series schedule (www.tritonseries.com) a few weeks ago. These shorter distance events are geared to allow those new to open water swimming a kick start option that gives them a chance to train and get involved in competition quickly, in addition to allowing those swimmers who love the idea of speed and option to stretch their wings and fly.

OWP Board of Advisors members and NBC Olympic Commentator Rowdy Gaines offers a few pieces of advice for those just jumping into to open water swimming.
