North Coast Aquatics, based out of San Diego, took forty of their top high school swimmers to Colorado Springs Jan 25-28th for a quick training camp. As the video shows, the trip was great for team bonding as they prepare for their March championships. The final day all swimmers hiked the Manitou Incline, the “hardest thing they have ever done”, which the coach takes as a challenge going forward. NCA thanks the whole USA Swimming staff for giving the team this great opportunity!
