Are these times for Long Course or Short Course?

Yep … looks like some of the early bloomer kids (like the son of a frequent poster here) have a LONNNNNG way to go. It’s a long journey that only a few will make that far. May the most deserving swimmers “win” this long journey and display high character throughout.

The long course season is in full swing and you already talk about the next NCAA season? 🙄
Dear Americans, you are incorrigible! 😉

You get a thumbs up for using the word “incorrigible.” I’m guessing the majority of the US population has no clue what that word means.

The word “incorrigible” is right in English.
It’s the same word in French.
In my sentence, it means: definitely, you will never change.
It’s ironic and friendly..
Sorry for my lack of English vocabulary. Perhaps there’s a better word.

Just happened across this article again, and saw your response. My comment was intended to be a compliment. 🙂

Braden,

Did you already do an article about the actual “invited” times for the 2014 meets? Would be interesting to see those compared to the above listed times.

these standards don’t mean much since it is a numbers thing anyways.

2 back A standard is 1:40…that’s crazy… A decade ago, I’m pretty sure that would’ve won. What’s the 2 fly A standard, looks like there was a typo
