Sports fans and swimming enthusiasts will enjoy extensive broadcast coverage of the Aug. 6-10 USA Swimming Phillips 66 National Championships via NBC, NBCSN, Universal Sports Network and usaswimming.org. The five-day event runs Aug. 6-10 in Irvine, California.
Featuring numerous Olympians and USA Swimming National Team members – including Olympic gold medalists and world-record holders Michael Phelps (Baltimore, Md.), Missy Franklin (Centennial, Colo.), Ryan Lochte (Daytona Beach, Fla.) and Katie Ledecky (Bethesda, Md.) – the five-day meet is the sole qualifier for the pool competition at next month’s Pan Pacific Championships in Gold Coast, Australia.
Universal Sports Network (USN) will air live coverage of the first night of competition at 9 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, Aug. 6. NBC will broadcast action on Saturday, Aug. 9 and Sunday, Aug. 10, at 4 p.m. EDT.
NBCSN will conclude the meet coverage at 11 p.m. EDT on Sunday, Aug. 10.
Todd Harris, Ted Robinson, Rowdy Gaines and Carolyn Manno will call the action from Irvine.
