Lindsay Vrooman “In Between Rested and Fully Tapered” at Big Tens

A bit thanks to Barb Sabal, who along with Katrina Radke, led our coverage of the 2013 Big Ten Championships.

Barb Saball was on deck on Saturday night at the Big Ten Championships as the Minnesota women took their 2nd-straight Big Ten Championship. Indiana’s Lindsay Vrooman, though, was one of the stars of the meet; with a win in the 500 free already to her credit, on Saturday Vrooman broke Emily Brunemann’s Big Ten Record in the mile. Watch as she discusses how much rest she had for the meet and how it felt to break that record.
