Lakeside Aquatic Club Holds Signing Ceremony for 7 Seniors

Lakeside Aquatic Club, of Flower Mound, Texas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, held a ceremony to honor its swimmers signing “Early Period” National Letters of Intent to swim in NCAA Division I schools next year. Lakeside’s 7 seniors represent a diverse and deep bench, and have been big contributors to the program over the years. Notably, they helped Lakeside win the team title at Austin Futures last summer, dominating the field and almost doubling the point totals of second- and third-place finishers, Cypress Fairbanks and Nitro.

Cheng, Eisenmann, Jiang, Pitzer, Porter and Savoy were all named to the 2015-2016 USA Swimming Scholastic All-America team. You can read more about them by clicking on the links to their commit articles above.

Lakeside usually holds a second signing ceremony in April for their athletes who make college decisions during the Regular Signing Period. Last year there were two additional signings in the spring.
