Part time coach positions available with Nation’s Capital Swim Club (NCAP)
Working with Head Coach, Pete Morgan, the Burke site for NCAP is now interviewing coach candidates for Age Group and Senior level training groups. Coach experience will determine whether the position will be a group lead coach, or assistant to a lead coach.
Once offered, new hires will have the option to begin July 1.
Age Group position: developing 12 and under swimmers practicing in our afternoon session + meet coverage.
Senior Position: Gold II, high school training group practicing afternoons and Saturdays + meet coverage.
Additional Senior Position: High school prep 13-18 year old swimmers practicing in our evening training session + meet coverage.
