North Texas Nadadores (NTN) is accepting applications for both a Full-Time position and multiple part-time coaching positions. NTN is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part-time and full-time coaching staff members to continue to grow and excel in all levels of swimming.
Coaching candidates must be knowledgeable about each level of the sport, be excellent communicators, and have an extensive background with the sport of swimming.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years coaching experience is preferred, or extensive experience within the sport of swimming
- Current USA Swimming coaching certifications or the ability to obtain one upon hiring
- Passion for coaching and training all different skill levels
- Strong communication skills with other staff members and parents
Position Details:
- Part time positions range from 5-19 hours per week. Working with one possibly two age groups.
- Full time positions include 5-6 practices a week, with 1-2 meets per month, with additional administrative duties, or 40 hours per week. Full time positions are benefit eligible which includes TRS.
- Positions include assisting lead coaches from Stroke Team, Developmental, Age Group, and Senior level Coaches
