Under the supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor, foster a positive and supportive swim team environment to over 75 swimmers. The Swim Team Coach will instruct the fundamentals of competitive swimming, ensuring a constructive and encouraging atmosphere, and provide effective guidance during training sessions. The Swim Team Coach will oversee all facets of swim team development, including recruitment, administration, and the instruction and supervision of students across all ages and skill levels within the program. The role requires the exercise of sound judgment and initiative.
