Full-time Coaching position with Health Benefits
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching 6 days per week, 2-4 hours a dqy, including 1-3 drylands.
- Assistant Senior Coach Duties.
- Designing and implementing a seasonal training plan for advanced athletes between the ages of 9-13 years old.
- Attending meets and team events as designated by the Head Coach.
- Provide motivation and goal-setting programs to developing age groupers.
- Maintain group attendance records.
- Communicate with parents about athletes’ progress and group goals.
- Create group activities to promote a positive team dynamic.
- Oversee learn-to-swim program 1-2 days per month.
- Attend professional development training.
- Work within the overall program goals of the Trident Aquatic Club.
Must be a USA Swimming-certified coach
Minimum 3 years coaching experience
