Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist in training, recruitment and management of a Division II Women’s Swimming and Diving. Day-to-day duties will include assistance in operation of team, recruiting, running of practices, availability to student-athletes, analysis of technique, underwater filming and general team duties. The candidate will be a vital part of the Swim and Dive program. Candidate must follow all NSIC, NCAA and Northern State University procedures, rules and protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a 2.75 minimum cumulative GPA required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Stroke and turn knowledge, training knowledge, social media knowledge and trends preferred . Must have the ability to balance a fast-paced work environment. Prior coaching experience preferred.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Varied working hours, night and weekend hours common with office hours dependent on weekly game schedules. The candidate will receive a tuition waiver and a stipend of %10,240, which is paid on a monthly basis.
