  • Is skilled at executing tasks and ensuring things get done—both at the poolside and beyond.
  • Is an empathetic and cooperative team player who prioritizes a strong community within NTC and across Danish swimming.
  • Works evidence-based and can translate data and theory into practice.
Is always willing to set personal goals and tasks aside for the benefit of Danish Swimming.

  • Is ready to start no later than August 1, 2025.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Are familiar with Denmark, Danish culture, and Danish values.
  • Have previously worked as an NTC coach or in a similar position.

We offer:

  • A unique opportunity to work with some of Denmark’s best swimmers in a place that wants to be a world-class training environment.
