The TAC TITANS are a perennial GOLD MEDAL CLUB. Producing USA National and USA Junior National Team members. The TITANS are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hardworking and collaborative coach to join our coaching staff. This coach will assist or lead one of our senior level groups and one of our younger age group groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Write, plan, and execute high quality programming for improving swimmers’ technique and fitness levels.
- Teach and train proper stroke technique.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with other coaches to ensure consistency in philosophy, training, and race strategies.
- Communicate professionally with swimmers and parents.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and swim theory to enhance professional growth.
