420 burpies. Sounds basic but like everything with Larry Arnold, even the simplest exercise can be turned into a layered workout.
Phoenix Swim Club works with Larry every Wednesday and the sessions are aimed at teaching the kids proper posture and breathing. It usually doubles as an aerobic workout and this video is a prime example of that. This was the warm up from one of our sessions with Larry and it took about 30 minutes to complete.

I’m trying to learn about hyper oxygenation and I have only found a single article related to athletics. the study involved runners and actually administering oxygen to them, nothing about breathing sea-level air. Has anyone got more about this?
