WOMEN’S SWIMMER OF THE MONTH: Kate Drabot, Sr., Stanford (Cedarburg, Wis.)
Drabot picked up victories in the 200-yard butterfly (1:53.14) and 500 freestyle (4:35.84) at the Art Adamson Invitational (Nov. 21-23) in College Station, Texas, helping the Cardinal to the meet victory. The senior’s time in the 200 fly is currently the best mark in the nation and met the NCAA A-cut standard. She also ranks second in the country in the 500 free. She also took second in the 200 free (1:44.38) and helped Stanford to second-place finishes in the 400 free relay (3:15.69) and 800 free relay (7:00.51). The Cardinal’s mark in the 800 free relay is currently good for the second-best time in the nation.

WOMEN’S DIVER OF THE MONTH: Ruby Neave, Jr., UCLA (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia)
Neave won four springboard competitions in November, securing three 1-meter springboard victories across three meets and adding a 3-meter springboard title. Neave secured Zones-qualifying scores in the 1M and 3M events. The junior took the 1M title at the Arizona Dual (Nov. 1) with a score of 271.95 and added a second-place finish in the 3M (250.20). The Melbourne, Australia native then picked up a pair of victories against Arizona State (Nov. 2), winning the 1M competition with a season-high score of 285.60 and the 3M with a score of 259.95. Neave’s third 1M victory of the month came against USC (Nov. 8-10) as she posted a score of 277.80. The junior also notched a season-best score of 315.90 in the 3M against the Trojans, good for fourth-place overall.
