Happy holidays to the swimming community as this week wraps up all but one meet during the 2022 calendar year.
Like last week, there were numerous diving invites going on. Highlighting the swimming meets though will be Kentucky vs Georgia. Kentucky was 12th at NCAAs last year on the women’s side, but Georgia is home to the top time in the NCAA so far this season with Abby McCulloh in the 1650 free.
Also highlighting the swimming schedule will be the Miami, Army, and Northwestern tri-meet down in Florida. Tune in on Saturday for an Instagram takeover from the meet. This is one of the few meets this week where teams from the northern part of the country will take on teams in the warmer part of the country as teams travel south for their respective training trips.
