Flow Swimming LLC is a new and exciting swimming company based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The company was founded by long time University of Michigan assistant Mark Hill. Coach Hill is no stranger to championship and high level swimming. In his time at Michigan he was a part of seven Big Ten Championships, one National Championship, and was the 2012 Olympic Team coach for Trinidad and Tobago.
“We at Flow Swimming are extremely passionate about bringing our vast knowledge and experience to ALL levels of the swimming community. We are a clinic business now but hope to expand into camps, lessons, instructional videos, swim products and beyond.”
— Coach Mark Hill
There are currently several clinics scheduled beginning in September and running through November. Each clinic features some of the sports top swimmers like 2016 Olympian Miguel Ortiz and 2016 OLympic Trial finalist and All American Ali DeLoof.

I still love watching the practice videos Flo Swimming put up. That is something you don’t get to see in swimming, no one ever posts what full practices or sets are like.
Might not a new name have worked better? Yeah, it’s a “w” different from that innovator in swimming websites, http://www.floswimming.com, but all the name does now is bring tears to my eyes for the original’s demise.
I thought the same thing. The site is still up, I still go back and watch some of the videos Garrett posted. Great stuff!
Thought the old website was gonna get back up and running….dammit
I had the opportunity and pleasure of being coached my Mark at CW Elite Team this previous season and I can honestly say he is one of the most dedicated, motivated, determined and passionate coaches I have ever had. The best of luck for him I know he will do awesome!
