At the 2024 GIAA State Championships in January, Olsen was a 3 time finalist, scoring all 20 of Holy Spirit Prep’s points to help them to a 7th place finish.
Claudia “CJ” Smith will attend Chapman University starting this fall
At the 2024 Pennsylvania Championships, Smith placed 9th in the 200 IM (2:11.57) and 13th in the 100 breast (1:08.39) to help Fox Chapel to a runner up finish
Eliza Sandhaus will stay in state to swim for Clarion University (2024)
At the PIAA District 3 Championships in March, Sandhaus helped Cumberland to a 2nd place finish after taking 8th in the 100 fly and 11th in the 100 back.
Sarah Brown to join University of Mary Washington with conference leading times
Brown’s 200 free PB would have beat the conference winning time of 1:56.47, making Brown an immediate title and A-finalist threat when she arrives on campus.
Versatile Kaelia Hughes will swim for ASU starting this fall (2024)
Hughes swims the breaststrokes/IMs as well as the mid-distance freestyle events, and will have several options for her championship meet event line up.
Virginia HS Champ Eli Martin to Stay in State at Virginia Tech (2024)
At the Virginia Class 6 State Championships, Martin won the 100 breast in 54.65 and took 2nd in the 200 IM (1:48.55) to help his school to a top 15 finish.
